The studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are located all together in one building, with ideal location for an easy access to the sights of Budapest like Andrassy avenue and Opera House (part of Unesco's World Heritage), the Fashion street & Vaci street shopping area, St Stephen Basilica or Liszt Academy of Music. The area offers a wide range of entertaining opportunities: bars, pubs, disco-pubs and restaurants, designer galeries and museums.

The apartments

Studio apartments are 32 square metres, with a unique spacious room and balcony they are ideal for couples.

One-bedroom apartments size are between 45-55 sq m and can accommodate 4-6 people. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with one or two fold-out sofas. Most of the one-bedroom apartments have a balcony.

Two-bedroom apartments are 80 sq m, which are suitable for 6+1 people and feature two bedrooms and a balcony. There are double beds in the bedrooms and one fold-out sofa in the living room.

Superior two-bedroom apartments are 80 sqm, this type has a balcony and can accommodate up to 6+1 people. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a living room with a fold-out sofa.

Kitchen: fridge with freezer, microwave, ceramic hotplate with electric oven, coffeemachine, toaster, electric kattle, dischwasher, pots, plates, knives and forks, water and wine glase, etc.

Bathroom: washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, bath tub with shower, towels.

Room: cable TV with international chanels, WiFi Internet, smoking table, wardrobe, extra bed available, nightstands, standing lamp, beddings.

Parking is available in limited number in the building or in a public garage (next door). Parking fee: ca. 15 EUR/day, 40 EUR/3 days.

Children friendly services: babycot, babytub, high chair are free of charge, optional.

Air-conditioner: Most of the flats have air-conditioning, which costs 10 EUR/day extra (please reserve it at the reservation of the flat), discount from 7 days stay

Cancellation and children policy

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days prior to arrival until 18:00.
In case of late cancellation or no-show the hotel charges the rate of one night as a penalty.

One child under 4 is free of charge in their parents' room; 2 children under 4 pay the price of one extrabed.

Renting conditions

Payment is on arrival in cash, unfortunately no credit cards or travel checkes are accepted.
In case of booking of groups from 7 persons or 2 apartments a deposit in cash is required (payable upon arrival), which will be returned to you upon leaving, if no damage was made in the furniture, etc.
The price includes beddings, towels, use of the WIFI and local tax. Cleaning takes place on every 5th day, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra fee (3500 HUF/occassion).

Check-in

The check-in point is in the office (same building with the apartments), opening time 9.00 - 20.00 every day. Earlier and later check-in is available upon request. Please send your appr. arrival information and mobile phone number when making the reservation. We will provide you a standby phone number in case of delays or other unforseen events.
