The apartment is located in the center of Budapest, on the Grand Boulevard at Oktogon a major junction of the innercity. Most sights are easy reachable, underground nr. 1 and trams 4,6 are only a few steps away.

The apartment

A spacious, newly renovated, young-style apartment with two separate bedrooms and a modern living room located on the third floor of a 19th Centrury residential building. It’s fully furnished with new, modern style furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Living room: TV with shelf, sofas, standing lamp, coffee table, wardrobe, armchaire It is opened together with a dining area (table and 4 chairs)

Bedroom 1:    double bed, wardrobe, commode

Bedroom 2:     double bed, wardrobe,bedside table and lamp, working desk

Kitchen: built in kitchen with fridge, gas oven, electric kettle, canteen of cutlery, dishes, plates, various glasses, microwave, drain for dishes, french press coffee maker

Bathroom:  bathtub, sink, mirror, clothing line, hairdryer, toilet

Separate 2nd toilet

Others: washing maschine, clean and fresh sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and 2 different size towels for each guest, iron, iron board, vacuum cleaner, ladder, cleaning set

Renting conditions

The owner of this apartment requires a pre-payment of 1 night fee or 20%, this can be paid by credit or debit card, once your booking is confirmed. The rest of the payment is due upon arrival in cash or by credit card.

The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place weekly, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra charge.

Picking up the key

The key can be picked up in the customer service office in Paulay Ede utca (near Deak square).
Upon request an airport pick-up is bookable, that takes you to the office first, waits until you pick-up the keys and do the administration and then takes you to the apartment. Prices: 27 EUR for 1-4 persons, 40 EUR for 5-6 persons.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 EUR cancellation fee

Cancellation 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 20% of the whole stay (equal to pre-payment)

Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the whole stay

Cancellation 6 to 3 days prior to arrival: 70% of the whole stay

NO SHOW or cancelation within 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge
