Location

The apartment is located in the centre of the city, in the neighbourhood of the Nyugati station and the Westend City Shopping Center, by the Ferdinand Bridge.
The Andrássy Boulevard, the Opera House and Liszt Ferenc Square, the area that is famous for its amenities, bustling atmosphere, and cultural milieu, are easily reachable within 10-15 minutes by public transport or by walk. The Heroes' Square, City Park and the Széchenyi Baths are within walking distance too.

Others: clean and fresh sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and 2 different size towels for each guest, iron, vacuum cleaner, cleaning set.

      Renting conditions

      The owner of this apartment requires a pre-payment of 1 night fee or 20% of the total amount. This can be paid by credit/debit card, after the booking is confirmed. The rest of the amount is due upon arrival in cash or by credit card.

      Upon arrival a deposit of 100 EUR is required, which will be returned to you upon leaving, if no damage was made in the furniture, etc.
      The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place weekly, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra charge.

      Picking-up the key

      The key can be picked up in the customer service office in Paulay Ede utca (near Deak square).
      Upon request an airport pick-up is bookable, that takes you to the office first, waits until you pick-up the keys and do the administration and then takes you to the apartment. Prices: 27 EUR for 1-4 persons, 40 EUR for 5-6 persons, 45 EUR for 7-8 persons.


      Cancellation policy

      Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival:  20  EUR cancellation fee

      Cancellation 29 to 15 days prior to arrival:         20% of the whole stay (equal to pre-payment)

      Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior to arrival:           50% of the whole stay

      Cancellation 6 to 3 days prior to arrival:             70% of the whole stay

      NO SHOW or cancelation within 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge
