The building is located near Grand Hotel Hungaria, close to the Eastern Railway Station (Keleti pu.). The metro stop of the red-line is 2 minutes walk away. Arena Plaza the newest shopping mall of Budapest can be reached in 5-10 minutes with all boutiques, restaurants, cafés and cinemas. Váci utca, the main walking street is 10 minutes away by bus nr. 7.

The apartments

The apartments are fully furnished with comfortable, modern furniture. They all have the same equippment.

One-bedroom apartment: spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, night stands and reading light. Bathroom with bathtub, toilette, washing machine. The livingroom has a TV corner with armchairs and a convertible sofa for 2 persons. There is an openplan kitchen with cooking utensils, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. Facing the courtyard, balcony.

Two-bedroom apartment: 2 identical, spacious bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, night stands and reading lights. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine. Separate toilette. The livingroom has a TV corner with armchairs and a convertible sofa for 2 persons. There is an openplan kitchen with cooking utensils, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. Facing the street.

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 3 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 4 nights at New Year's, Easter and Formula 1 (23rd to 27th July 2009) and 5 nights during the Sziget Festival 12th to 18th August 2008.
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.

Renting conditions

Payment is on arrival in cash, unfortunately no credit cards are accepted. In case of booking this apartment a deposit of one night in cash is required (payable upon arrival), which will be returned to you upon leaving, if no damage was made in the furniture, etc. The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place weekly, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra 3000 HUF/occassion.
