Renting conditions
The owner of this apartment requires a pre-payment of 1 night fee, this can be paid by credit or debit card once your booking is confirmed. The rest of the payment is due upon arrival in cash or by credit card.
The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place weekly, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra charge.
Picking-up the key
The key can be picked up in the customer service office in Paulay Ede utca (a few steps from the apartment).
Upon request an airport pick-up is bookable, that takes you to the office. Prices: 22 EUR for 1-4 persons, 35 EUR for 5-6 persons.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 EUR cancellation fee
Cancellation 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 20% of the whole stay (equal to pre-payment)
Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the whole stay
Cancellation 6 to 3 days prior to arrival: 70% of the whole stay
NO SHOW or cancelation within 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge
