Apartment Nador is a large two-bedroom flat in the inner city, next to the Central European University (CEU), close to St Stephen Basilica. The apartment is very spacious, it has two large double bedrooms and a large living room with a balcony. There are two bathrooms, one with bath tub and one with shower.

Location
The location of the apartment is great, the building is opposite the Central European University in the very downtown. The St Stephen Basilica, the Chainbridge, the Danube Promenade and Váci utca are very close, the Buda Castle is just across the Chainbridge. Public transport is also excellent, tram nr. 2, undergrounds M1, M2 and M3 are close by (Deák tér station).
The apartment
The flat has two large bedrooms with one double bed in each, a spacious living room, two bathrooms, a bigger one with a corner bathtub and washing machine and a smaller with shower. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utensils, microwave, dishwasher, stove and venthood. There is a large balcony, too facing the Nádor street.

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels.
VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 3 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 4 nights at New Year's, Easter and Formula 1 (2nd to 6th August 2007).
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
Renting conditions
Payment is on arrival in cash, unfortunately no credit cards are accepted. In case of booking this apartment a deposit of one night in cash is required (payable upon arrival), which will be returned to you upon leaving, if no damage was made in the furniture, etc. The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place weekly, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra 3000 HUF/occassion.

A representative will wait for you at the apartment at the previously agreed time. We will provide you a standby phone number in case of delays or other unforseen events.
