Location

The apartment is located near Andrássy Avenue, Oktogon and Nyugati Railwaystation. The House of Terror Museum is just around the corner. The Opera House and Liszt Ferenc Square are a short walk away. Public transport connections are very good, underground nr 1 and 3 are a short walk away, just like trams 4 and 6 and many bus and trolley-bus lines.

Living room: 2 sofas, armchair, bookshelf, TV, DVD player, TV shelf, coffee table, chest of drawers

Bedroom 1: double bed (160 x 200 cm), night tables, wardrobe, study desk with chair

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x200 cm), wardrobe, night tables

Kitchen: completely equipped with fridge, gas oven, microwave, kettle, cutlery set, dishes and dining table with 6 chairs

Bathroom: bathtub, washbasin, shelf, separated toilet


Others: clean and fresh sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and 2 different size towels for each guest, washing machine, iron with board, hairdryer, cleaning set. In addition to the doublebed and the two singlebeds, two extra singlebeds can be added.

      Renting conditions

      The owner of this apartment requires a pre-payment of 1 night fee or 20% by credit card, once your booking is confirmed. The rest of the payment is due upon arrival in cash or by credit card.

      The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place weekly, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra charge.

      Picking-up the key

      The key can be picked up in the customer service office in Paulay Ede utca (near Deak square).
      Upon request an airport pick-up is bookable, that takes you to the office first, waits until you pick-up the keys and do the administration and then takes you to the apartment. Prices: 27 EUR for 1-4 persons, 40 EUR for 5-6 persons.


      Cancellation policy

      Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival:  20  EUR cancellation fee

      Cancellation 29 to 15 days prior to arrival:         20% of the whole stay (equal to pre-payment)

      Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior to arrival:           50% of the whole stay

      Cancellation 6 to 3 days prior to arrival:             70% of the whole stay

      NO SHOW or cancelation within 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge
