The flat is located in the Ring (Erzsébet körút) right in front of the „Király utca” stop of the tram #4-6, between the KFC fastfood restaurant and the brand new luxorious five star Corinthia Grand Hotel Royal. Within 3 minutes by walk the guests can easily reach the very popular meeting point „Liszt Ferenc tér” which is full of pubs, cafés and dance clubs. For classical music lovers the Academy of Music is just one min. from the front door.

The apartment

The apartment is situated on the top floor (4th) of a nice, typical city center residential house, which makes it very bright. The apartment can accomodate 2 people on a double bed and one person on an extra bed in the same room. The apartment has a 45m2 area with one big room, a nice kitchen and a tidy bathroom.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. A TV set can be found in the room, fresh towels and bedding are provided for the guests.

VAT and tourist tax are also included.

Within 24 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 24 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.

Renting conditions

Payment is on arrival in cash, unfortunately no credit cards are accepted. Upon arrival a deposit of one night in cash is required, which will be returned to you when leaving, if no damage was made in the furniture, etc. The price contains the cleaning, linen and towels as well.

Key pickup

A representative will wait for you at the apartment at the previously agreed time.
We will provide you with a standby phone number in case of delays or other unforseen events.
The other option is a pick-up at the airport or train station, this has to be agreed in advance.
