The apartment is located in the heart of the city, close to the Oktogon, Westend City Center (shopping mall) and the Andrássy Avenue. The attractions of Budapest, as the City Park (Városliget), the Heroes’ Square can be reached within a few minutes walk.

The apartment

The three comfortable bedrooms are separated and all have double beds. The American style kitchen is completely equipped. The living room is spacious, bright with a dining area. The apartment has two bathrooms, one is equipped with a bathtub and a separated toilet.

Renting conditions

The owner of this apartment requires a pre-payment of 1 night fee or 20%, this can be paid by credit card, once your booking is confirmed. The rest of the payment is due upon arrival in cash or by credit card.

The price contains cleaning, linen and towels as well. Cleaning takes place weekly, if you are staying longer and wish to have the apartment cleaned more frequently, this can be arranged for an extra charge.

Picking-up the key

The key can be picked up in the customer service office in Paulay Ede utca (near Deak square).
Upon request an airport pick-up is bookable, that takes you to the office first, waits until you pick-up the keys and do the administration and then takes you to the apartment. Prices: 27 EUR for 1-4 persons, 40 EUR for 5-6 persons.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival:  20  EUR cancellation fee

Cancellation 29 to 15 days prior to arrival:         20% of the whole stay (equal to pre-payment)

Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior to arrival:           50% of the whole stay

Cancellation 6 to 3 days prior to arrival:             70% of the whole stay

NO SHOW or cancelation within 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge
